A morning mountain bike ride on the rolling West Rim Trail down to a river side lunch then an afternoon of exciting Class 2&3 rapids in the "Racecourse" section. K-2 bikes with suspension offer a comfortable ride on the Intermediate single and twin track trails of the West Rim. Spectacular views and exciting whitewater make this and excellent day trip.
